Dr. Haley Tran, OD

Dr. Haley Tran is a therapeutic optometrist and the founder of Aura Eye Center — Pflugerville's dedicated dry eye and comprehensive eye care clinic. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she developed a deep foundation in ocular disease, glaucoma management, and therapeutic care.

What sets Dr. Tran apart is her approach: she takes the time to understand each patient as a whole person, then builds a plan around their unique needs. Her specialty in advanced dry eye treatment has helped hundreds of patients in the Austin metro find lasting relief from conditions they were told were simply "something to live with."

Dr. Tran is also a myopia management specialist, helping Austin-area families slow their children's nearsightedness with FDA-authorized options including MiSight® 1 day contact lenses and Essilor Stellest® spectacle lenses.

Kitryna is a skilled technician-optician with a strong eye for both precision and style. She helps patients find frames that not only fit perfectly, but also feel like a true expression of who they are. Her warm energy and genuine enthusiasm make the eyewear process feel easy, personal, and stress-free.

Whether she's taking measurements, explaining lens options, or helping you choose between frames, Kitryna brings thoughtful care and attention to detail to every step of the experience.

Optician · Former Nurse

Amber brings a unique combination of clinical expertise and genuine compassion to every patient interaction. A former nurse turned optician, she joined Aura Eye Center in November 2023 — and her healthcare background shows in everything she does. She listens carefully, explains thoroughly, and advocates for your vision with the same dedication she brought to patient care.

As a mother of two, Amber understands the importance of clear, healthy vision at every stage of life. Patients frequently comment on how comfortable and heard they feel during her fittings and insurance consultations.
