Comprehensive & Medical Eye Care

Your Eyes Deserve
a Thorough Exam.

A comprehensive eye exam is one of the most important things you can do for your long-term health โ€” not just your vision. Early detection changes everything.

Understanding the Difference

Two Types of Exams โ€” One Clinic

Comprehensive Eye Exams are for patients without specific eye health concerns. They evaluate your visual acuity, refractive error, eye coordination, and screen for early signs of disease โ€” even when you feel like your eyes are fine.

Medical Eye Exams are for patients with known or suspected eye conditions โ€” diabetes-related changes, glaucoma, dry eye disease, or referrals from another provider. These go deeper into diagnosing and managing specific conditions.

Important: Many serious eye diseases โ€” including glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy โ€” show no early symptoms. A thorough exam is the only way to catch them before they cause permanent damage.

Personalized Plan

Every exam ends with a clear, actionable summary โ€” your prescription, any findings, recommended follow-up, and a plan tailored to your eye health goals.

Who Should Come In

Eye Exams Aren't Just for When Something's Wrong.

๐Ÿ‘๏ธ

Annual Vision Changes

If your vision feels slightly off, things look blurry at distance or near, or you're getting headaches โ€” a full exam pinpoints exactly what's changed.

๐Ÿฉบ

Diabetes & Systemic Conditions

Diabetes, high blood pressure, and autoimmune conditions all affect the eyes. Annual medical eye exams are essential for anyone managing these conditions.

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ง

Family History of Eye Disease

Glaucoma, macular degeneration, and retinal conditions can run in families. Regular screening is the best defense when you have a genetic risk.

๐Ÿ’ป

Digital Eye Strain

Hours on screens daily? A comprehensive exam can assess tear film quality, focusing ability, and whether specialty lenses like Eyezen could help you see more comfortably.

๐Ÿ‘ถ

Children's Vision

Vision problems in children often go undetected because kids don't know what "normal" vision looks like. Early exams protect their learning and development.

๐Ÿ†

Preventive Care

Even if your vision feels perfect โ€” most eye diseases are asymptomatic until they're advanced. Routine exams are your best investment in long-term eye health.
