Common questions
Before you book.
Will my results look like hers?
Everyone's dry eye is different, which is why we never promise identical results. What we do promise: a real diagnosis of what is driving your symptoms, a plan matched to that cause, and honest tracking of your progress at every visit.
Does treatment hurt?
Most patients describe RF as a warm massage around the eyes and IPL as brief, warm snaps of light. Sessions are short, with no downtime, and you can drive yourself home.
What does the assessment cost?
A dedicated dry eye assessment is a $75 copay with insurance, or $195 self-pay, and the fee is applied in full toward your treatment if you move forward. We accept FSA, HSA, and CareCredit, and we review all costs with you before starting.
How long until I notice a difference?
Many patients notice more comfortable eyes over the course of a treatment series rather than overnight. Dry eye is managed over time, and we adjust your plan based on how your eyes respond.
Is dry eye ever cured?
Dry eye is usually a chronic condition, like skin that tends to be dry. The goal of treatment is lasting comfort with less dependence on drops, maintained with simple habits and occasional follow-up.
