Dry eye care, minutes from Round Rock
If your eyes burn, feel gritty, water for no reason, or blur by the end of the workday, that is usually dry eye, and drops from the pharmacy rarely fix the cause. Round Rock life does not help: long hours on screens, air conditioning running most of the year, and Central Texas allergy seasons that keep eyes irritated from cedar season in winter through oak and ragweed in fall.
Our dry eye clinic treats the root of the problem, not just the symptoms. A dry eye assessment maps your tear film and oil glands so Dr. Tran can see exactly why your eyes are dry. From there, treatment may include intense pulsed light (IPL), radiofrequency (RF), meibomian gland expression, or care for demodex and blepharitis, a mite-related eyelid condition we treat so often that patients drive in from well beyond Round Rock for it.
Pricing is upfront: the dry eye assessment is $75 with an insurance copay or $195 self-pay, and that fee is applied in full toward your treatment. IPL and RF sessions are $395 each. You can see everything on our pricing page before you ever walk in.

Why Round Rock patients make the short drive
Round Rock has plenty of places to get glasses. What is harder to find is a doctor who will spend real time on a stubborn problem. Dr. Tran built Aura around longer visits, advanced diagnostics, and plain-English explanations, whether that is a dry eye that has resisted every drop you have tried or a child's first exam. For many Round Rock neighborhoods we are closer than crossing town, without big-box waiting rooms.
